- Sesame oil and soya sauce -1 teaspoon each
- Chilli Oil, a good choice would be Lou Gan Ma chilli oil which you can buy from Amazon or any Chinese supermarket in your area. - 1 tablespoon
- Black Chinese Vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon - Handfull of chopped green onions and fine ginger slivers.
- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon (optional).
