It was pointed out to me that there are in fact homeless in Singapore but they are hidden. You will have to look to find them especially only if you have worked in charities would you realise this. This is unlike Market Street in San Francisco where the homeless are in full public view for all to see. Many homeless all over the world are either elderly or schizophrenic. Homelessness is thus a combination of economic, social, aging and a medical problem.

Singapore is one of the safest city to in the world to live in. Petty crimes are minimal and unsolved major crimes are rare! A young woman it is safe to go out for a meal alone at 2 am in the morning and not expected to be molested. Yet you hardly see any policemen around. I have lived in Singapore for over 2 decades and have never encountered a crime or heard of anyone who has.

Singapore has a larger air force than Sweden. Singapore's air force boasts 60 US made F-16C/D and 40 F-15SG that were designed specifically for the the Singapore Air Force. They also operate 20 AH-64D Apache Longbow helicopters, one of the best.
